chew facts

pigeon: have you ever noticed their gait (their manner of walking) and the way in which they carry themselves when not flying), they resmbleso much with royal kings and aristrocrats, must be having some genes from royal families perhaps. Apart from their "good messenger" image, people never noticed this aspect. ( well this observation I fully owe to my big bro. Sometimes he not only opens my eyes, but also changes the whole perspective).

Old books: They have a peculiar and familiar smell and also a brownish, tint color, which somehow compel me to associate with my home and makes me nostalgic.

Television: If you are an ardent viewer of daily soaps, immadiately stop doing that. It not only hampers creativity, but also wastes so much of time and energy, that it can make you grumble in the end. instead watching discovery, animal planet, travel and living, and mythologies for the sake of fiction is a good choice.Recently I saw 'Ramayana' on NDTV imagine, Not only the picturization and portayal is very good, but also thespeed of advancements in episodes is too quick. I really loved those sanskrit shloks and words. I think if you have a little faith on the almightyand old traditions then you can remain grounded and still build castles . I mean if we can enjoy fantasies and fiction in books and movies then why not mythology?

Me: Being the smallest one in my family and relations far and wide, people still consider me kid and I also love acting like one. Whenever I'm very happy or I talk to my parents, or to a very familiar person, I used to talk like a kid, and still do that ,may be because chilhood is a phenomenol period that everyone cherishes throughout life. Some people acknowledge this, and admit the fact , some dont. Although this may sound dumb but it is the truth. It was only recently that I noticed that how people around me have started impersonating me. My friends in clg. and hostel did, mycousins, family did it. An incident recently caught my attention and left me in fits of laughter. One of my siblings working in a MNC ,while talking to her boss said," sach me aap aisa boli, thank you very much, you are cho chweet" ha ha.Bottomline is, people love and endear chilhood days. Innocense and simplicity can work wonders, but in a highly materialistic world no one has time to stick to such values, so whenever they see something 'childlike'their craving minds and hearts readily and subconsciously start immitating.
