BIG World

The protagonist is a newbie with dreamy eyes and strong beliefs on itself that it can do something on its own. It is full of confidence on itself. The newbie has not yet passed the college graduation. It is like a freshly made pot on which anything can be impressed upon .It went for work experience during an internship. It finds everything amazing.

Phase [a]- World seems so good. Everything that was theoretical and from the books were being applied practically before its eyes. It is happy and content to the core. Accordingly it frames a notion that there can be only few categories of people :
Mr. Boss- He is Boss and the supreme. He must have done many good things in his life to be at such a high post.
Mr. Know all- Who knows many thing and company practically runs on his shoulders. There is much to learn from him. Yet he is not at all miser in teaching and keeps on preaching.
Ms.Hard- She has many agendas on her list so she gets very little time to interact. Yet in whatever time she gets, she is quite friendly.
Ms. sweet - Always speaks good and tries to defend smaller beings in company.
Ms.introvert- She works and works and does not pays attention to irrelevant matters.
Mr.confused- Too much of work pressure has made him chaotic in all his approach. So knowing him is complicated. He does not does jobs given immadiately, instead postpones them which seems bad at times!

Phase [b]- The newbie has grown up a little. It has no longer fascination for stuffs as it had earlier. Instead, it has started getting better picture. Now some other categories of people have come to the forefront.
Ms.Countertalk- She cuts her own conversation. A hypocrite supposedly.
Mr.Negation- He refuses each and everything. Be it your work or his, he cant do anything.
Mr. Loser- All frustration that he might have had at home, he takes out in office. Office is lazying around ground for him.
Ms.Problems-She can create problem even for the newbie to fulfill her selfish motives.

Phase [final]- Newbie is experienced it knows that the grown up world is far complicated and chaotic. It feels lost and confused. It longs for it's student's life which was once a problem. It now feels the need of small joys upon which it used to laugh out aloud.
Now it has understood why the grown ups are complex, nerds, introvert and sad.
It has understood why does every process takes a long time to complete. It can distinguish between actual time, lag time and on paper time.
Official papers and formalities are like nightmares.
Finally it has recognized that there are only two categories of people :
Mr. Right- Who can multitask and face all complexity. All wrong and right is equal before him because he knows whatever he think and does is bound to be proved right ultimately.Rest do not bother him. He can maintain his cool of mind
Ms.Survivor-She knows how to face oddities. She can sense each move of political people around and crack it clean. She knows how to win.

Consequently this Newbie is full of anger . Anger and rebel instincts against everything. Also it is scared to face world and enter into it. It has lost its innocense. Although it had a bite of reality but is disgusted to enter into it.
It wants to break free and be itself once again. To laugh out aloud and be happy. It wants to save its smile forever. This faith seems to strengthen it. Because God lives where faith has made its ground.
Yes it can!

Agreed. Me being in the 4th month of my 6 months' internship is making me think on similar lines.

When we are in college, the outside professional world seems fascinating. But once we actually enter it, we so long to get back and uncomplicate.

Your methodical approach made the post really interesting.

@ Alok
The same mental condition of all my contemporary friends made me write about it.
Hope things get better when we really succumb to actual real world. Afterall we will have to!
