"If you do not change, You can become extinct."
Great thoughts!
and that's right too. I'm begining to like all the changes going around me on physical, mental and all levels.
all levels: ye category to bahut simple hai, changes are a part of life.... arey aise hi, generally.
mental: I have began thinking afresh, more clearly and I've also started removing my old ,rotten norms and dogmas. Secondly , I have started rediscovering my old, lost passions.
Physical: bole to surrounding me bahut change ho raha hai. like with the advent of new Director's rule in our college many things have begun changing like.....
Initially no one liked her "dictatorship" because we artist like people [;)] like to be free. Free to think, free to act , free to do whatever our instincts tell us to do. The new rulebook for NIFT is a real terror in such a situation. It restricts a person to loiter around the nescafe area or the canteen area, which used to be a favourite place for many. Even Bridge cannot be used for sitting or standing. If one views the clg from our department i.e.from the 4th floor, one would be shocked to see the 'empty college' being Watched over by "so many unnecessary guards"
Although many rules are still 'too much ' for us to grasp but they were very necessary.
Personally I feel that 'If by abiding by some basic rules' we become disciplined , then we should gladly accept these changes. There is no point in cribing "who moved my cheese"[ I was recently and gladly""really moved by this tiny book""] Afterall movement in a new direction helps you find new cheese. When you stop being afraid "you feel good".
Now Adhering to the saying : "Noticing Small changes early helps you adapt to the bigger changes that are yet to come"
let me ponder over few very small but distinctive changes: Walls ,ceilings, floors, and the whole interior of the clg canteen has been fully redecorated, and rebuild, and that to in two days. We were really astonished today [monday morning] after two days gap. Even food quality has also improved.
Attendance in every class has risen to 85% Few guest students have also began working.
Even though to oppose and resist, but the people have started uniting. The spark of rebellion has atleast evoked some commaradeship in fellow students.
Faculties have also started getting more 'involved' with us.
I am contended after a long time.
Moral of the story is:
"move with the cheese and enjoy it"
