Reminds me of those beautiful rainy days.... back at home... while we were still a child, studying in school, how we used to run away during 'small break' and 'lunch break' while we were strictly prevented from getting wet by teachers and mum at home. ha ha........
A funny incident... I always used to have a red umbrella in my bag for nearly 4 months every year.[how tough that umbrella is... its still there with me, although cannot be used now, may be I've grown out of its size ;) ] So, once when it was raining heavily , while I was returning from school,I thought to give myself a break and leave 'good girl image' for a while. so I walked back lazily from my stoppage to home, followed three caterpillars climbing a bush, tried to make figures on sand and mud with a long stick, threw water from my bottle, and reached home fully soaked and drenched[immadiately I caught coritza, I have cold allergy][:D] On seeing me, my mum said "kya baat hai beta, kya hua, bheegi kaise"? "umbrella kahan hain tumhara" I had already anticipated this, so immadiately a strange "bahana" came to my mind, I reversed its fabric upside down, and said, "maa, baarish itni tez thi, hawa ke saath ye chataa hi ulta ho gaya", Wow, then loads of sympathy followed....... along with, turmuric milk, tulsi kadha and piping hot food.No one knew how narrowly I escaped...:)
