CAD humour.....

I wonder why does all ridiculous ideas of innovation comes out only during Computer classes despite the fact that we have a different faculty nearly each semester! This year the NIFT's license to Lectra modaris CAD expired, so midway to our sem 6 we are being taught TUKA CAD, which is a bit novel and easier.
-While making us understand how to make curves on the pattern, sir gave a strange twist to the side seam[ its nearly straight line usually] , It was so funny that we wondered how will a person look like, wearing such a shirt. Many suggestions and logic came out from the fertile brains of the class fellows.

  • Suggestion one- Must be a variation to the basic shirt [ and we were screwed to death in the past to complete our 8 variation's submission] .
  • Suggestion two- send this dress for Wow entry [ design contest for innovation, held every year].
  • Suggestion three- Mowgli will wear this shirt.
  • Suggestion four- why don't we have collar placed on the armhole?
  • Suggestion five- yes , the above mentioned is a nice idea!yes, why not!
  • Thought six- we are bugged up, lets take a break at 5.30 [class was till 8.00 p.m. ] and never return back.
  • Thought seven- what about attendance shortage? Many of us have very low attendance.
  • Idea eight- Lets steal that attendance register and lock it up in the department office, and face the music tomorrow.
  • Decision nine- Our CR is brave, she did it! :) We ran away.
  • Decision ten- Sir didn't had permission to open the lab after 5.30 p.m, so he shut down all computers, we got a genuine logical reason to justify our deeds [ we didn't missed it] :D

I didn't get the technicality of it, but yes, going by the logics and suggestions, I can appreciate the design of Mowgli's shirt... :P :P

Collar at armholes!!! thts actually a WOW idea... (btw, armhole... :P :P ... and i thought the only a_ _hole was for the slang a**hole... :P) Now I got a new euphemism and swearword... :D :D

p.s... Its nice to read ur writings. I love the way you express ur thoughts.

Oo thankyou for so much analysis, and there is no such technicality involved. We at NIFT are not at all technical ;)We[categorically speaking I'm majorly driven by imagination and fancies rather than brains ! ] So , you can expect more of such stuffs here :D

hehe, yes... technically speaking', I shud be the technical one, right? (Indian blah blah of Technology... :P )

But Imagination and fantasies are surely far more colorful than mere technical stuff. :) And, being an architecture student, I surely can appreciate it...
